(not so) Free TV coverage in UK

England Hockey report that cable/satellite channel Zing will be showing the World Cup free in the UK
see http://www.englandhockey.co.uk/ for more details. If this works out, that is the best news we have had on that front so far.
Zing is on Freesat, Virgin and Sky.

There's three streams linked up to the website, in order of quality. The Daily Telegraph is only broadcasting the England games and there are restrictions placed on viewers outside of the UK.

Anyone can watch any match irrespective of where they are in the world, for free.

If you know of any other streams I can add to the list, please leave a comment on the respective page.

Thanks for all your comments on the TV. It seems that Zing is not always free - I know I have to pay for it in London on Virgin Cable. Thanks also for posting a worldwide channel listing. The FIH have now fixed the link on their TV coverage story.

I had no problem with watching the game on my satellite tv. Maybe it's time for you to switch carriers.

Coverage is only through Cricket Plus tv. Direct TV is the only carrier of Cricket Plus in the USA. It comes under the South Asian Package.
However, Federation of International Hockey has live online streaming for a fee.
